Rhett House Inn - Historic bed and breakfast near Spanish Moss Trail
The Rhett House Inn is a nearly 200-year-old in-town plantation house located in Beaufort's historic district, a short walk from the Spanish Moss Trail and Waterfront Park. The property features a garden, two verandas, and complimentary amenities including a Southern breakfast, evening hors d'oeuvres, and homemade desserts. Guests have access to beach cruiser bicycles, beach towels, chairs, and a state park pass. The inn is within walking distance of downtown Beaufort's shops, restaurants, and historic sites. Notable architectural elements include Adam-style decorative mantels and dentil mouldings, with four original fireplaces in the main house.
